La Faccia Bella Spa Policies

Your appointment is very important to us and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.  Please notify us of your cancellation/rescheduling request by calling or texting 609-744-0660.

Appointments cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours prior will be subject to a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. 

All NO SHOWS will be subject to a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount. 

It is best to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive later than the scheduled start time we still have to end your treatment on the initial scheduled end time. Please keep in mind that you will be charged for the cost of the initial scheduled appointment.  In order to get the most of your treatments by us, please be on time! 

Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

Gift certificates may be purchased at La Faccia Bella, 22 South Main Street in Medford, NJ.  You can also purchase an e-gift certificate through our website. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash.

Unfortunately, open skin care products, spa services and gift cards/certificates are non-refundable.

Due to our limited seating and our quest to maintain the ambiance of La Faccia Bella, our spa facilities are reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment or retail areas of the spa including those complying with our age restriction policy.

All La Faccia Bella guests must be 12 years of age or older. Minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian to complete and sign a consent form.
