Pre-Nano Skin Preparation Tips

Schedule your nano at least 2 weeks after any dermaplaning, laser, IPL or medical resurfacing.
Avoid dermal filler administration for 2 weeks prior.
Avoid botox administration within for 1 week prior.
Avoid facial waxing for 3 days prior.
Stop retinol use 2 days prior.
Avoid shaving the face on at the day of treatment to avoid skin irritation,.
Avoid excessive alcohol or caffeine consumption 24 - 48 hours before (and after),

Post-nano Skin Treatment Tips

Pre-Nano Skin Preparation Tips

Avoid excessive sun exposure for at least 10 days to avoid risk of hyperpigmentation.
Do not apply makeup immediately after treatment. Avoid heavy makeup application for 24 hours.
Use a hydrating mist and other skin care products that were recommended (and SPF) after treatment.
Avoid intense or sweaty exercise sessions, saunas, and swimming for at least 48 hours after treatment.
Wait at least 3 days before reintroducing active skin care ingredients like alpha hydroxy acids, beta hydroxy acids, enzymes, and retinol.
